Brooklyn After Dark

Have I expressed my love for simple, statement-making pieces? Well, this top is no exception. The subtle ruffle on the sleeve dresses up any casual look, but is so completely comfortable it's almost ridiculous.

When I was in NYC for fashion week last weekend, this outfit was a no-brainer. Polished, casual, edgy and easy to walk show-to-show in, I would have lived in it all weekend if it was socially acceptable.

This Coach bag killed it, too. I'm a sucker for a good crossbody because being hands-free is an essential for me. Yes, I'll rock a dainty satchel on my arm like the next girl... but if I need a no-nonsense purse it'll be something more like this burgundy beauty.
