Shimmer Shimmer
It's that time of year again, lovelies. Thanksgiving is behind us, so it's time to break out the tulle and the glitter! I couldn't think of a better way to do that than with this stunning Sam Edelman blazer. Anything that makes me look like a disco ball seems completely appropriate in December.

I'm an eternal fan of neutrals, as I think many style lovers are, and this season is no different. All black with a cheetah print pop was the way to go with this look, especially when the blacks are in different textures. I've let the booties and the sequined blazer be the focal points in this look.
Having too many things to look at can detract from your look and wind up making it look messy. Some people love that aesthetic, but it's not what I typically go for.
Style Notes and Outfit Details
Blazer via Sam Edelman // I love adding menswear-inspired pieces to holiday looks, so this blazer is goals for me. It's the perfect blend of holiday sparkle and modern menswear.
Top via LF Stores // If you've followed my blog from the beginning, you saw this crop top make an appearance in March 2013. It was my first dip into the crop top trend, and I became kind of obsessed with this specific top. Nearly three years later, I'm still finding ways to use it in looks.
Jeans via Levi's // They're the best damn jeans ever, I mean it. I've never been so sure about a purchase in my life... except maybe my Miu Miu booties. ;)
Bag via Rebecca Minkoff // I got this bag recently, and it took me a while to dip my toes into Minkoff's purses. I have to say, after wearing this one around I may just get myself another, bigger version of this bag. It's so versatile and fun, I always get compliments on it whenever I wear it.
Sunglasses via Nasty Gal // The gold bar makes them so Miami, but they're just perfect. Sophia Amoruso may just be my spirit animal, if my spirit animal lived in LA and had an acute obsession with vintage.
Booties via Vince Camuto // I asked for these for my 23rd birthday, and I'm so glad that I did. I'm in love with the low heel, high quality and timeless print. They're the perfect booties to throw on when my outfit is a little too basic. They always amp up a look.
All jewelry is vintage // I love using family heirlooms with my looks. They add subtle impact to a look, and it's nice wearing something that, chances are, no one else has. It makes your style that much more personal.
