Créme de la Créme

It's weeks like this that remind me how good life can be. A raise, a new computer, great friends, great food, people that love me and so many other big and little things that I never actually took out the time to really appreciate.

I promised myself this year would be different. It has delivered; this year has been far different than I expected, but not necessarily in a good or bad way. I think that 2014 has been clearing out all of the old to bring in a new, more positive, brighter era in my life. I sense nothing but good things on the horizon.

I wandered around downtown West Palm Beach with my good friend and sorority sister, Ashleigh. We grabbed some lunch and ice cream, and spent the rest of our time shopping around the area. It was a really nice break from the nine-to-five that I do every week.

This outfit is a marker for my transition. I wouldn't normally wear something as sexy as this crop top in the middle of the day, but I went out boldly baring myself, and felt absolutely amazing doing it. It's wonderful what a sexy little piece can do for one's self-confidence.
