Ladies, we have a serious problem, and it's entirely our own doing.

We have been trained, since we were very young, to lack self-confidence. The sad thing is that most of us change nothing when we're old enough to become aware of this fact. Loving your body has given way to pointing out your every flaw, hiding your "imperfections" behind clothes and responding to compliments by insulting yourself in some way.

"You look great in that dress!"
"Ugh, really? I think my thighs look HUGE right now."

This is no way to live. Your body is your temple, and you should love everything about it.

When someone shows confidence in the way they look, it's automatically assumed that they're trying to provoke jealousy, or fish for compliments, or show off, or any of the other ridiculous things that people will assume; because who could love their body for the sake of loving themselves? They must be trying to get affirmation from others.

This blog was made because I love and want to share my style, this includes swimsuits. As long as someone is getting value out of it, I've done my job. Sure, it's a bunch of photos of myself, but that's the whole point of sharing my personal style. The only attention I'm looking for out of this is from the people that think they can use my style in their own wardrobe. If you want to throw a compliment my way, I'm not going to shut it down, because I have more self-assurance than that.

If you want to question my motives, go ahead and do that too. Just refer back to this post while you're at it, because you'll be seeing more swimsuit shots in the days, the months, the years to come.

Love yourself completely, no matter what anyone says. Raw confidence will draw the right kind of people to you.
