Fall Florals

After the depressing, though not entirely unexpected, UM loss to FSU last weekend, I decided to head down to Miami to cheer up my boyfriend. I also wanted to take my hair out in Miami. We went to brunch at George's, and that's when I noticed that no one had short hair. As much as it's been trending, every Miami girl (or otherwise) is still sporting long long hair.

I have to say, it was kind of a relief. After seeing short hair pop up a lot the last couple of years, it was nice to know that tons of planning for the perfect chop wasn't entirely unoriginal. As an added bonus, my guy loved it.

I think I'll start referring to my boyfriend (or is it manfriend?) as G, just to make my life easier. G is the first initial of his first name.

This was the second top I got at Anthropologie with my mother, and I just love it! I'd been avoiding tops like this for a while because I was always worried that this silhouette would look weird on me, but I think it looks great with tailored bottoms.
