Openings and Lots of Bubbly

The new Gap opened in Miami Beach last week, and I was one of the lucky bloggers invited to be a part of the celebration! My date and I walked in to a gorgeous and brightly-lit new building stuffed with the amazing classics that Gap is known for.

If you can't tell, I spent most of the time drooling over the clothes and less time drinking my champagne. A girl's gotta have priorities.

I'm not the kind of girl that dreams about getting married and having babies, but I might have let out a giggle at the adorable ocean-themed onesies in the Gap Baby section.

Miami's fashion scene was in full force, and they were all being served champagne and hors d'oeuvres by (what looked like) male models in all black. There was a station upstairs that made custom totes for the guests, and despite the challenge they successfully kept up with the intense demand for the bags. There were also plain totes available for anyone that didn't want to customize a bag. We were lead around by and met with some of the friendliest staff I've ever come into contact with at a retail store. All in all, I was incredibly impressed by the event, the staff and the new location.

I'll be sharing a little more about it in the coming weeks, so keep a lookout for more info!
